​The evaluation meeting, with 20 coordinators and youth workers from the project, took place in Natal, Brasil from September 13 to 20, 2023.

During the meeting, the whole process was looked back on and various aspects were analysed from various perspectives: the results obtained (qualitative and quantitative wise), the process (in the team, in each partners, step by step: training, youth exchanges, local phase), the communication and its efficiency; what went good and what went wrong in each country and in the project overall, what can be done differently if the project will be done second time, what are the directions for future and for continuing the project.

Furthermore, it was a time to analyse the non-formal education activities and good practices experienced, shared and learnt during the project, which became part of the manual and video tutorials to be shared with other associations and youth workers around the world.
