The Kick-off Meeting, with coordinators from each country, took place in Bologna, Italy from 12 to 16 June 2022.

During this meeting all the coordinators planned specifically the training, the youth exchanges logistic, research activities, the practice phase and all the activities from the project. It was important to decide together as well on the best way of communicating, dividing tasks and also to make risks assessments and management.

This meeting had the role to clearly know the expectation and contributions of each partner, to build the trust among the partners and also to set up a clear strategy for best and more efficient cooperation.

In the meeting agenda, partners discussed also financial management, monitoring and quality methods.
