The Training Course, with 32 people, took place in Montevideo, Uruguay from November 18 to 28, 2022.
 
The main aim of the course was to develop competencies in facilitating learning process for young people, as well strengthen and enable youth workers by providing them with knowledge in non-formal
education methodologies, including artistic activities and methods of participatory art, intercultural and intergenerational skills and sensitivity with particular attention to young people from disvantaged
group/fewer opportunities.

A detailed programme of activities was prepared for the Training Course, which included the learning of methodologies shared by the team combined with the contribution of the experts involved and a session of activities designed and prepared by each partner organisation. Participants went through a process mainly characterized by the experiential learning principles, with strong emphasis on the practical components, with adequate time dedicated to reflection, feedback, self-assessment, in order to reach and assimilate the learning points that will be adopted and used in their future work.  The program was designed for improving abilities, get and offer constructive feedback and prepare the multipliers for the practice phase, which will be carried out in their own country. The participants’ allocated particular attention to the debriefing part, as it is one of the most important competence in this field.

During the Training Course were also defined by the youth workers the activities of the two subsequent youth exchanges, the methodologies, the topics and fundamental organisational aspects were planned. ​
